Before you get in touch

Do I need any experience?

No — Level 1 Foundations is designed for complete beginners. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to practise.

Where are sessions held?

In-person workshops and coaching take place in Clapham, Brixton and London Bridge. Online sessions are via Zoom — available worldwide.

What if I can't afford the fees?

All fees are on a sliding scale. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch — I don't want it to stop you accessing NVC training or coaching.

Can you train my organisation?

Yes — I design bespoke workshops for teams and organisations of all sizes and sectors. Get in touch to discuss your needs.
